Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers returning or exchanging items must cover return shipping costs and ship via UPS or DHL. Returns made via separate channels will incur duties that will then be deducted from your expected refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at pimajamas@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

Packaging instructions when sending items back to us:

1) Prepare the shipment:

  • Be sure the pajamas are carefully wrapped before shipping so they don't get damaged. If the original box that your pimajamas were shipped in isn't available, please use another similar-sized (please avoid using over-sized boxes)
  • Put the Pimajamas (in the box) in the polyester bag you received your original purchase in (tip: turn the polyester bag in-side-out). If the polyester bag isn't available, please use another strong bag. 

2) Affix the pre-paid return-shipping label we provided you to the bag or box.

3) Leave for mailman to pick-up or drop it off at the post office (no need to wait in line, simply give it to them). 

You do not need to make any payments for shipping, it's free to you. Only ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for any costs incurred to return your purchase if you don’t use our shipping label or if you use any other shipment method.
